Who we are
The Brazilian Business Network (BBN) is a network of Brazilian entrepreneurs based in Connecticut, USA.
BBN is responsible for the information you send through the forms on this site and decides how it is used.
What we collect
We only collect what you fill in on the site's forms. Every submission also records the page and the language it was sent from. Here is what each form asks for:
- Membership application: name, e-mail, phone/WhatsApp, city, company, line of business, website or Instagram and motivation.
- Partnership proposal: name, e-mail, phone, company, role, city, partnership type, website or Instagram and message.
- Contact: name, e-mail, phone, subject and message.
- Meeting visit: name, e-mail, phone/WhatsApp, business or profession and how you heard about BBN.
What we use your data for
We use your information to reply to your message, review membership applications, schedule visits to the monthly meetings and handle partnership proposals.
Your data is never sold and is not used for marketing unrelated to the request you made.
How the forms are sent
The site's forms are processed by Formspree, Inc., a company based in the United States. It receives, stores and forwards each submission to BBN, acting only as a service provider.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited most. It only gathers aggregated page-view statistics.
The tool does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
Event photos
Photos from BBN gatherings are published in the site's gallery and hosted on Cloudinary.
If you appear in a photo and would rather it came down, you can ask for it to be removed through the contact form.
Who we share it with
Your data only passes through the service providers named in this policy, as far as needed for the site to work.
We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed to handle your request or, for members, for as long as the membership relationship lasts.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the data you sent to BBN.
To do so, use the contact form on the Contact page and tell us what you need. The BBN leadership will take care of your request.
